Application Guidelines

Step 1: Pre-Admission Documents
Please ensure you have the following documents ready before starting your application:

  1. Copy of Immunization Certificate – Reception to Preschool only
  2. Copy of Child’s Birth Certificate
  3. Copy of Parent’s/Guardian’s valid Passport and Visa (if not a Kenyan citizen)
  4. Copy of Pupil’s valid Pass/Visa (if not a Kenyan citizen)
  5. Passport-size Photographs – 2 for the student and 1 for each parent/guardian
  6. Copy of Mother’s ID Card/Passport and 1 Passport-size Photo
  7. Copy of Father’s ID Card/Passport and 1 Passport-size Photo
  8. Certified Copy of the Last Report from Previous School (Optional)
  9. NEMIS Number and Assessment Number (for CBC Curriculum)
  10. Certified Copy of KPSEA Results (Grade 7 & 8 CBC Curriculum)

Step 2: Admission Process

  1. Complete the  application form available on our website or at the school office.
  2. Submit the required documents along with the application form.
  3. Await communication from our Admissions Team regarding the next steps, which may include an interview or assessment.

To help us process your application smoothly, please review the required items listed below and bring the physical copies to the school office. A Birth Certificate and a Parent/Guardian ID are essential to initiate registration, while any remaining items can be submitted at a later date.
