Application Guidelines

Thank you for choosing Kiu kenda Presbyterian School for your child’s educational and spiritual journey.

To help us process your application smoothly, please review the required items listed below and bring the physical copies to the school office. A Birth Certificate and a Parent/Guardian ID are essential to initiate registration, while any remaining items can be submitted at a later date.

Step 1: Pre-Admission Documents
Parent/Guardian should submit:

1. Copy of Birth Certificate/Birth Notification

2. Previous School Report Form

3. Transfer letter – where applicable

4. KEMIS/UPI Number – where already assigned

5. Assessment Number – for learners in Grade 3 to Grade 9

7. Parent/Guardian ID Copy

8. Medical/SNE Documents – where applicable

For Grade 3–9: Kindly ensure the learner’s Assessment Number and KEMIS/UPI numbers

Step 2: Admission Process

  1. Complete the  application form available at the school office.
  2. Submit the required documents along with the application form.
  3. Await communication from our Admissions Team regarding the next steps, which may include an interview or assessment.
